You get what you see with Sarah, she has no private education or a degree it’s just a natural talent that she has shown from a young age.

She was lucky to attend a school with a large Art department which has since been given the title of Arts College.  Her teacher encouraged her to get involved in the community projects such as the towns carnival and murals for hospitals and local businesses.  She then followed on at college where she quickly realised it just wasn’t what she expected, being told what to paint and how to do it.  Her rebellious streak made her throw in the towel and she gave the Art course up after a yr and studied Interior Design.

Sarah almost gave up the idea of ever being an Artist but after travelling around the world and seeing different cultures she got a second wind and started to put the collections together which are now known as “Travelled Art”.

“So many people go travelling all over the world, they take photos, they have memories, but I wanted to take it further and give them a piece of their travels and incorporate that into their everyday living.  It’s not just a painting picked up in a chain store, its something personal to that person, simple.”
