FAQ

How long will my painting take?

I normally work to approx 21-28 working days from date of order. All artwork is hand painted to order there is no stock hence the time period. This time period may vary depending on volume of work in which case you will be advised via email.

The size I want isn't listed?

Please email me at enquiries@travelled-art.com with your desired size and I will do my best to accommodate your requirements.

Can I change the colour of the painting?

You have the option to change the colour of your painting when you have selected your painting. Should there not be your colour choice in the selection please email me at: enquiries@travelled-art.com

Can I change my order?

This is purely down to Sarah’s discretion depending on if she has started to paint your order. If you let her know ASAP this shouldn’t be a problem.

Do you have a brochure?

You will see on the homepage there is a downloadable brochure. This is more environmentally friendly and allows you to print or circulate via email if you wish to do so.

Are there any Travelled-Art shops?

Everything is done through this website, there are no shops at present but that’s not to say that there won’t be in the future.

Is the website secure?

Your payment details are taken via industry standard 128bit SSL secured shopping basket and stored on a secure server. There have been no security problems that we're aware of using this system.

Which payment/switch/credit cards do you accept?

Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Delta. Paypal.

What should I do if my credit/debit card has been refused when placing an order?

If your credit or debit card was refused whilst placing an order on www.travelled-art.com, please re-submit your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.

Do I receive any confirmation once I have placed an order?

Once your details such as your name, delivery address and method of payment are confirmed, we will acknowledge your order by e-mail.
